Comments not saved and Placement Matches option for SR

As in title, i have 2 problems right now.

1. I can't find my comments typed for a game.

2. There is no SR for placement matches but there isn't a "placement match" option in the SR selection menu.

Please fix! Thanks for the good work.

Hello!

Matches with comments have a file along with skill rating. Click on skill rating to see popover with match data.

I will investigate and fix both problems this week.
